MODULE EXPRESS AT COTTON TRADE SHOW

Case IH's Module Express 625 is expected to be the star of the Australian Cotton Trade Show in Moree later this month.

It will be the first time the revolutionary Module Express has been on display at the Trade Show and Case IH Marketing Manager Stuart Brown says it's hotly anticipated. "In the United States, the Module Express 625 has changed the way cotton farmers operate, so everyone is interested in it. This machine has turned harvesting and module-building into a one person job, which has dramatically reduced labour and equipment costs." The Module Express 625 harvests cotton at the same rate as a traditional six-row picker, and modules are formed simultaneously.

The display will also feature a range of Case IH tractors ideally suited to cotton farming operations. "We'll be bringing tractors from the Steiger, Magnum and Puma ranges," says Kevin Traynor, Group Sales Manager for Case IH dealership Kenway and Clark. "The Steiger 535 is the biggest 4WD tractor in Case IH's line up and is well suited for heavy tillage tasks, while the Puma 210 we'll have on display is a versatile machine great for jobs like inter-row cultivation. We'll also have a Magnum on display, as it's an ideal row crop tractor featuring increased horsepower, heavier duty front suspension and stronger axles, for use with auxiliary tanks. The Magnum and Steiger  come AFS Accuguide-ready and the whole range is B100 biodiesel-ready."

In addition to the machines on display, Case IH will be displaying their range of aftersales irrigation engines and lubricant oils.  Designed to the same exacting standards as all Case IH machinery, the irrigation engines provide a thoroughbred solution to cotton and summer crop irrigation.  With recent rain providing good inflows to southern Queensland's irrigation dams, these engines are well worth evaluating.

Kenway and Clark staff from their Moree, Inverell and Goondiwindi branches will be available to talk to visitors on the site. "We'll have sales staff on hand to talk to customers about the machines.  We'll have our team of Parts staff on hand to give visitors an opportunity to check out Case IH's oils and other after sales products that keep our growers' machinery running smoothly year after year.

"We encourage people to come and look at the machines we have on display - climb in and size up the cabs, look over the exterior, ask about the features they offer."

Case IH Marketing Manager Stuart Brown says Case IH's presence at the Trade Show is a reflection of the brand's ongoing support of the cotton industry. "We have a lot of confidence in the cotton industry. Cotton presents a viable and more profitable opportunity for the committed grower and the range of Case IH equipment systems and solutions for cotton reflects the strength and direction of our industry."
